is not just a title– it’s a 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘯. Here’s a rundown of activities we can engage in on the 25th, featuring 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐨, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭: 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 🕯

𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐨 is a live talk show where we get to learn a little deeper about the experiences of people living with HIV as we talk to our guests. Taking you through a rollercoaster ride of emotions and feels, we hope to shed light on the overlooked and hopeful side of their stories.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭: 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 is a collaborative work led by iECHO Support Advocacy Inc. showcasing the courage, resilience, and strength of people living with HIV through the lens. This photo exhibit goes beyond as it displays the meaningful impact our initiatives can make in each and everyone’s lives, ultimately fueling our drive for advocacy.

Equipped with knowledge on the HIV situation in our region and the learnings from our experiences as a community, we hope it encourages us to get tested and get treated.

Love yourself first. 💛

That was the heart of our recent safe space session with AYAT members. We took time to pause, check in with ourselves, and talk honestly about where the organization is right now—and where we want it to go.

We talked about what’s working, what’s been challenging, and what we can realistically take on moving forward. Because if we want to do more, we also need to be honest about our limits.

From there, we started identifying simple, concrete steps we can take as a team. Nothing grand, just intentional actions that help us grow while still taking care of ourselves and each other.

Always coming back to why we do this in the first place. ✨

Ngayong National Youth HIV and AIDS Awareness Day, mag‑knowledge‑check muna tayo with our peers! 🔎

📚 Sa dami ng online campaigns at learning resources na accessible sa atin, gaano na nga ba kataas ang ating kaalaman tungkol sa HIV at AIDS? Mula sa common modes of transmission, hanggang sa paggamit ng PrEP at self‑testing, maging ang locations ng HIV facilities—assess natin si self gamit ang ating meter!

👍 Gamitin ang reaction buttons para i‑show ang iyong current knowledge level. No judgment, mga ate ko. Kung nasa angry to happy zone ka, ilagay sa comments or sa caption mo kung ano pa ang mga gusto mong matutunan tungkol sa HIV at AIDS. Gew!?

The MMSU-CTE Student Council has been one of our constant partners in spreading love and s*x education to students in Ilocos. Our Safe Space session with them last February was more than just an educational activity—it was collective and radical love in action.

WE’RE NOT DONE YET! 🔥

Our tireless youth volunteers spent December 11 with students from Divine Word College of Laoag, holding a safe space session that opened honest and intimate conversations on gender and s*x. This activity was also part of our celebration of Human Rights Day.
