Paalala: Ang Heat Stroke ay Delikado! ☀️

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Provincial Health Office and Program Coordinators for their technical guidance and support, and to the dedicated personnel of the Lanuza Municipal Health Office for their commitment to data integrity and excellence in public health service.

Together, we build stronger health systems through quality data and collaborative partnerships. 💙

💧 HOW TO PREVENT HEAT-RELATED ILLNESSES

✅ Drink plenty of water—even before you feel thirsty.
✅ Avoid sugary drinks, alcohol, and excessive caffeine.
✅ Limit outdoor activities between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM when the heat is strongest.
✅ Wear light-colored, loose-fitting clothing, a hat, or use an umbrella.
✅ Take frequent breaks if working outdoors.
✅ Never leave children, older adults, or pets inside parked vehicles.
✅ Eat light meals and water-rich fruits such as watermelon, oranges, and cucumber.
✅ Check on elderly family members, neighbors, and those living alone.

📍 REMEMBER

Heat exhaustion can progress to heat stroke if not treated promptly. Early recognition saves lives.

If you experience persistent dizziness, confusion, fainting, difficulty breathing, or a very high body temperature, proceed immediately to the nearest health facility.

HATID SERBISYO SA BARANGAY | Sitio Ibuan, Barangay Mampi 💙

🩺 Medical Consultation – paghatag og konsultasyon ug tukmang tambag medikal.
❤️ Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Program – screening, monitoring, ug tambag alang sa hypertension, diabetes, ug uban pang chronic diseases.
💊 Vitamin A Supplementation – paghatag og Vitamin A sa mga kabataan aron mapalig-on ang resistensya ug masuportahan ang ilang husto nga pagtubo ug paglambo.
📚 Health Education Campaigns – paghatag og impormasyon ug edukasyon bahin sa hustong pag-atiman sa panglawas, pagpugong sa sakit, ug pagpalambo sa himsog nga pamaagi sa kinabuhi.
🎗️ VIA Screening (Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid) – sayong pagdiskubre sa cervical cancer alang sa kababayen-an.
