The culmination of the 3-day event came down to the interview by the Nomination Committee. Our AVP candidate, JCI Sen. Abdurahman Uto showcased his stock knowledge on the various facets of JCI as an international organization.

With flying colors, JCI Sen. Uto completed the course and left a positive mark on the committee as a whole.

Day 2 of the Officers’ College saw our Area Vice President candidate JCI Sen. Abdurahman Uto go through Module 7, entitled Outlining Robert’s Rule of Order: Parliamentary Procedure with the 2009 JCI Philippines National President Fulbert Woo as the speaker.

This was followed by discussions on International Participation with JCI Adviser and 2000 JCI Philippines National President Boydee Dizon III. After which, the Graduation Rites of the Officers’ College was conducted. The day was capped by the Nominations Committee written examination.

All in all, AVP candidate Uto completed the course with flying colors! A testament to his innate knowledge of JCI’s tenets, protocols and procedures!

Our Area Vice President candidate JCI Sen. Abdurahman Uto actively participated during the Officers’ College held last August 15-17, 2025 at the JCI Philippines Headquarters in Quezon City.

Modules on JCI Protocol, Administrative Support and the JCI Philippines Constitution and Policy Manual were thoroughly discussed for day 1 of the said activity. Joining AVP candidate Uto are RVP Candidates Dawn Tamse for Western Mindanao 2 and Reydar Jumawan for Western Mindanao 3.

It always feels like second home for our AVP candidate JCI Sen. Abdurahman Uto as Davao region played host to his continuous and relentless campaign across Area 5. Joining him are incoming RVPs of Western Mindanao 2 JCI Dawn Tamse and of Western Mindanao 3 JCI Reydar Jumawan.

Some of the local organizations who came and listened are JCI Kadayawan, JCI Greater Davao, JCI Davaoeña Daba Daba, JCI Durian City and JCI Davao.
