🧭 Character Still Counts – Especially in the Next Generation 🧭

In a world that celebrates talent, popularity, and instant success, it’s easy to forget the one thing that truly matters: character. But young people, listen.

—What’s in you is more important than what’s on you. Character still counts.

It counts when no one is watching.
It counts when you're tested.
It counts when you're entrusted with more.

The Bible says in Proverbs 22:1 (NLT):

"Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold."

Character isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being consistent—being honest when it’s hard, showing respect even when you disagree, and doing what’s right even when no one applauds.

🎯 Talent may get you in the room, but only character will keep you there.
🎯 Charisma may catch people’s attention, but character earns their trust.

God is more interested in who you're becoming than in what you're achieving. That’s why He works more on our hearts than on our platforms. Don’t just pray for open doors—pray for the character to handle what’s on the other side.

👉 Young leaders, students, dreamers—character still matters.
Let’s build it daily. Let’s protect it fiercely. And let’s honor God with lives of integrity.

"Huwag Sayangin ang Buhay sa Walang Kwenta—Gamitin Ito Para Kay Lord!"

Mga kabataan, tandaan natin ang sabi ni Paul sa Acts 20:24:

> “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.”

Hindi sayang ang buhay na iniaalay para sa Diyos. Sa mundong puno ng distractions, ingay, at pressure to be "somebody," tandaan mo: ang tunay na halaga ng buhay mo ay nasa pagsunod mo sa mission ni Lord para sa'yo.

You may feel young, small, or unsure, pero tandaan: may assignment ka mula kay Jesus! At ang assignment na 'yan ay hindi para lang sa stage, kundi para sa bawat araw, to share the Good News to the people, sa classroom, barkadahan, social media, pamilya, at kahit sa simpleng usapan.

🔥 Be bold. Be real. Be surrendered.

Gamitin mo ang kabataan mo para kay Kristo.🔥🔥

It started with one Sunday afternoon.

Paano ko nga ba naisulat ang e-Book na ito?

We were in the middle of planning our youth fellowship, and to be honest, naubusan na kami ng idea.

We had the heart to reach the youth, but somehow, it felt like we were stuck—trying to make every week meaningful, fun, and relevant, pero paulit-ulit na lang.

Ice breakers? Medyo gasgas na.

Games? Nakakasawa na.

And the Bible lessons? We were hungry for something deeper—something na tatama sa puso ng mga kabataan, not just their minds.

So I prayed, "Lord, paano po ba? What do we say to this generation na ang daming pinagdadaanan pero konti lang ang gustong magsalita?"

That prayer became the seed of this book.

"Real Talk with God" isn’t just a Bible study.

It’s a safe space.

It’s for that quiet girl at the back na may hugot pero di makapagsalita.

It’s for that loud, funny guy na laging masaya pero may tinatago.

It’s for the leader na pagod na pero ayaw sumuko.

It’s for every young person who needs to know—hindi ka nag-iisa, and God wants to have a real conversation with you.

Every week is designed to open up real conversations—about life, identity, struggles, choices, purpose, and faith.

May discussions.

May heart questions.

May space para magsalita ang mga youth.

Because this generation doesn’t just need answers—they need to be heard.

This is our 12-week journey.

With God.

With each other.

With truth, grace, and love.

Let’s talk. Let’s listen. Let’s grow.
