The group is an Indigenous People's Organization aim to preserve Ibaloi Culture and traditions. On 2009 t0 2014 was funded by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts under the school of living tradition program in partnership with the Province of Benguet thru the leadership of Gov. the group successfully accomplished the four levels of NCCA program and today we envision to expand and to

bridge in preserving Ibaloi culture, traditions and arts beyond borders. Thanks to our Wangal Council of Elders for their unselfish and tireless support. Today your grandchildren is now soaring their Ibaloi Cultural Identity with Pride. A TREASURE to value and worth to share to the generation next to them.
