𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 (𝘽𝙎𝘼) 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩-𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙯 𝘽𝙚𝙚 was successfully held at the College of Agriculture Building, Room 315, showcasing the knowledge and teamwork of first-year Agriculture students.

After several challenging rounds, 𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒃𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒍𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑻𝒊𝒘-𝒂𝒄 emerged as the CHAMPION of the event. 𝑳𝒚𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆 𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒆𝒍 𝑭𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒆𝒓 secured SECOND PLACE, while 𝑱𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒖𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒚𝒛𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈 finished in THIRD PLACE.

𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀:

𝟭. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• There is no maximum representative on each section.
• Contestants must be a first year student of 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞
• Each team must consist of 𝟐 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲.
• Participants can pair with other sections

𝟮. 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀:
The competition will be divided into three rounds:
• 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 – 1 point per correct answer (10 seconds to answer)
• 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 – 3 points per correct answer (15 seconds to answer)
• 𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝– 5 points per correct answer (25 seconds to answer - Identification/ 1 minute - Solving/IUPAC Naming)
• 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐨 ( 𝐅𝐘𝐀𝐒 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 ) will serve as the Quizmaster and ask all questions.
Each question will be flashed at the TV screen and read twice only.

𝟯. 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺:
• All answers must be written on the provided paper/board.
Once the timer ends, a bell will ring, and all participants must immediately raise their boards/papers for quiz master to check.
• Late submissions after the bell will not be accepted

𝟰. 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝗲-𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿
• Scores will be tallied after each round.
• In the event of a tie, a 2–5 item tie-breaker round will be administered until a winner is determined.

𝟱. 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀:
• Contestants must bring their own set of markers, papers and calculator to be used during the competition.

𝟲. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆
• Sentinels and designated officers will observe each group to ensure fairness and order.
• Any form of cheating or misconduct will be penalized accordingly and may lead to disqualification.

𝟳. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
• Any disputes will be resolved by
the Game/Quiz Master.
• Their decision is final and irrevocable.

𝟴. 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀:
• The student with the highest accumulated points after all rounds (or after tie- breaker, if applicable) will be declared the Champion.
• Recognition will also be given to the 2nd Place and 3rd Place winners.
