📰 CPAG JOINS 27TH BSUCMPC ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION AND OWNERSHIP CUM LITERACY SEMINAR
LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET — September 19, 2026. The College of Public Administration and Governance (CPAG) took part in the 27th BSUCMPC Anniversary Celebration and Ownership Cum Literacy Seminar, held at the CPAG Hall, Benguet State University, La Trinidad, Benguet.
Carrying the theme, “Embracing the Challenges of Our Shared Cooperative Responsibilities,” the event brought together participants for a meaningful celebration and discussions centered on cooperative responsibility, financial literacy, and informed financial decision-making.
Among the attendees was CPAG College Dean Atty. Julie Binaldo- Velasco, who served as one of the speakers during the seminar. Atty. Julie discussed financial literacy, highlighting the importance of understanding financial matters, making informed decisions, and developing responsible financial practices among cooperative members and participants.
Also present during the event was CPAG College Secretary Ma’am Jocelyn Nitron, together with CPAG-SG officers Jezibelle Pecua, Jassenjun Agdasi, and Kenji Garambas, who represented the student leadership in the celebration.
The seminar featured discussions on new policies from the Board of Directors, financial literacy, and understanding investments, providing participants with practical knowledge relevant to responsible financial decision-making and cooperative engagement.
The event served not only as a celebration of BSUCMPC’s 27 years of service but also as an opportunity to reinforce the importance of shared responsibility, informed participation, and financial awareness within the cooperative community.
