On October 3, 2026, the PAN-BZC community came together at Dimas Hall and Open Ground, BSU-IHFSA, for 𝙃𝙀𝘼𝙍𝙏 𝙏𝙊 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝘿: 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙀𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥.

Hosted by 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗝𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 and 𝗭𝗮𝗸𝗶 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, the program began with registration and attendance, followed by the opening prayer, the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and BSU Hymn, and the opening remarks delivered by 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐃. 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, PAN-BZC Co-Adviser. To get everyone warmed up, 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘅 𝗕. 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻 led an icebreaker before the overview of the activity and house rules.

The highlight of the morning was the talk of our guest speaker, 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐢𝐨 𝐂. 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚, 𝑳𝑷𝑻, 𝐿𝑜𝑐𝑎𝑙 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑡ℎ 𝐷𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑂𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑟 𝑜𝑓 𝐶𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑠, 𝐼𝑙𝑜𝑐𝑜𝑠 𝑆𝑢𝑟, who shared a thought-provoking message: “𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙞𝙨 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.” She also emphasized that "𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜.” These words reminded us that leadership is not defined by position alone. It is seen in how we communicate, how we treat others, and how we put our responsibilities into action.

The session continued with a leadership workshop, followed by processing and reflection, allowing participants to revisit the key takeaways from the discussion. Before the lunch break, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗠. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘂𝘇, PAN-BZC President, presented the certificate of appreciation to the guest speaker.

In the afternoon, the team-building activities facilitated by Ma'am Sunshine P. Tangoyab-Balanag and Frenzel May D. Bauding, brought participants together through challenges that called for cooperation, clear communication, and teamwork. The program proceeded with the awarding of certificates and recognition of the winning teams, followed by a photo opportunity to capture the day's memories.

Finally, 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏. 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠, PAN-BZC Adviser, delivered the closing remarks, bringing the event to a close.

This experience was a reminder that leadership is more than having a title. It is reflected in the way we listen, express our thoughts, work with others, and take responsibility. Through the day's discussions and activities, we were given the opportunity to put these lessons into practice.

On September 25, 2026, the PAN-BZC community gathered at the Multi-Purpose Hall, MOFAMCO Building, T. Alonzo St., Baguio City for 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚: 𝑨 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑽𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓—an evening where elegance met camaraderie, and where every moment became another facet of what it means to belong.

From the registration and photo booth to the Red Carpet, the hall gradually filled with faces dressed for A Night of Elegance. The preliminaries followed with the invocation and the singing of Pilipinas Kong Mahal. With the opening remarks of 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗦. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳, PANata officially began.

But one of the evening's most significant moments came with the turnover ceremony from the outgoing led by 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗲 𝗗. 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘳, to the incoming PAN-BZC officers.

Following the introduction by 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣. 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴, 𝘗𝘈𝘕-𝘉𝘡𝘊 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳, the community listened to 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗠. 𝗗𝗮𝗼-𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝘕𝘶𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘐𝘐𝘐 𝘰𝘧 𝘕𝘕𝘊-𝘊𝘈𝘙, whose presence and message added substance to an evening centered on relationships and purpose.

Then came the part where the room truly came alive. The team games brought five gemstone teams into the heart of the celebration. Cheers grew louder. Laughter became contagious. Friendly rivalry turned strangers into teammates and teammates into memories.

After the games, everyone gathered for meal time, where the competition gave way to conversation. Plates were shared, stories continued, photographs were taken, and the evening settled into the comfortable rhythm of people simply enjoying being together.

Every celebration deserves a moment to recognize the people who gave it their best. The awarding of winners brought everyone to their much-awaited conclusion, giving the night its well-earned cheers, applause, and congratulations.

But the celebration wasn't ready to end. The dance floor opened, and the evening shifted once more—from competition to celebration, from cheering for teams to simply enjoying the company of one another. And somewhere between the music and the dancing came trinket trading. Small tokens exchanged between people.

On September 25, 2026, the PAN-BZC community gathered at the Multi-Purpose Hall, MOFAMCO Building, T. Alonzo St., Baguio City for 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚: 𝑨 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑽𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓—an evening where elegance met camaraderie, and where every moment became another facet of what it means to belong.

From the registration and photo booth to the Red Carpet, the hall gradually filled with faces dressed for A Night of Elegance. The preliminaries followed with the invocation and the singing of Pilipinas Kong Mahal. With the opening remarks of 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗦. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳, PANata officially began.

But one of the evening's most significant moments came with the turnover ceremony from the outgoing led by 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗲 𝗗. 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘳, to the incoming PAN-BZC officers.

After the games, everyone gathered for meal time, where the competition gave way to conversation. Plates were shared, stories continued, photographs were taken, and the evening settled into the comfortable rhythm of people simply enjoying being together.

On September 25, 2026, the PAN-BZC community gathered at the Multi-Purpose Hall, MOFAMCO Building, T. Alonzo St., Baguio City for 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚: 𝑨 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑽𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓—an evening where elegance met camaraderie, and where every moment became another facet of what it means to belong.

From the registration and photo booth to the Red Carpet, the hall gradually filled with faces dressed for A Night of Elegance. The preliminaries followed with the invocation and the singing of Pilipinas Kong Mahal. With the opening remarks of 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗦. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳, PANata officially began.

But one of the evening's most significant moments came with the turnover ceremony from the outgoing led by 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗲 𝗗. 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴, 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘳, to the incoming PAN-BZC officers.

Following the introduction by 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣. 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴, 𝘗𝘈𝘕-𝘉𝘡𝘊 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳, the community listened to 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗠. 𝗗𝗮𝗼-𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝘕𝘶𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘐𝘐𝘐 𝘰𝘧 𝘕𝘕𝘊-𝘊𝘈𝘙, whose presence and message added substance to an evening centered on relationships and purpose.

Then came the part where the room truly came alive. The team games brought five gemstone teams into the heart of the celebration. Cheers grew louder. Laughter became contagious. Friendly rivalry turned strangers into teammates and teammates into memories.

After the games, everyone gathered for meal time, where the competition gave way to conversation. Plates were shared, stories continued, photographs were taken, and the evening settled into the comfortable rhythm of people simply enjoying being together.

Following the introduction by 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣. 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴, 𝘗𝘈𝘕-𝘉𝘡𝘊 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳, the community listened to 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗠. 𝗗𝗮𝗼-𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗷𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮, 𝘕𝘶𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘐𝘐𝘐 𝘰𝘧 𝘕𝘕𝘊-𝘊𝘈𝘙, whose presence and message added substance to an evening centered on relationships and purpose.

Then came the part where the room truly came alive. The team games brought five gemstone teams into the heart of the celebration. Cheers grew louder. Laughter became contagious. Friendly rivalry turned strangers into teammates and teammates into memories.

After the games, everyone gathered for meal time, where the competition gave way to conversation. Plates were shared, stories continued, photographs were taken, and the evening settled into the comfortable rhythm of people simply enjoying being together.

Every celebration deserves a moment to recognize the people who gave it their best. The awarding of winners brought everyone to their much-awaited conclusion, giving the night its well-earned cheers, applause, and congratulations.

But the celebration wasn't ready to end. The dance floor opened, and the evening shifted once more—from competition to celebration, from cheering for teams to simply enjoying the company of one another. And somewhere between the music and the dancing came trinket trading. Small tokens exchanged between people.

Eventually, every gathering reaches its final chapter. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗗. 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘗𝘈𝘕-𝘉𝘡𝘊 𝘊𝘰-𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘳, delivered the closing remarks, followed by the closing prayer and one final opportunity to gather together for a photograph.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲. 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
