At this date, back in 2004, a soon-to-be leader was born, with the name so special— JEFF. 𝙇𝙚𝙩'𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙅𝙋𝙎𝙈𝙀 𝙄𝙎𝘼𝙏 𝙐 𝙎𝙊 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙈𝙧. 𝙅𝙚𝙛𝙛 𝙃𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙣, 𝙖 𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙙𝙖𝙮!!!

The word "Jeff" or short for "Jeffrey", which came from the medieval name "Geoffrey" which means "God's Peace"— combination of the old English word Geo (God), and Frith (Peace).

Furthermore, his name is also mathematically special. See, when we add all of the letters J(10), E(5), and Fs(6×2), it will be equal to 27. When we subtract the birth month(1) from the birthdate(28), it equals 27. Amazing right? But that's not just it.

Moreover, the number 27 is special because it is a perfect cube (3 x 3 x 3 = 27), meaning it can be expressed as the cube of an integer, and it's also the only positive whole number where the sum of its digits, when multiplied by 3, equals the number itself (2 + 7 = 9, 9 x 3 = 27).

We are pleased to announce the official entries for the JPSME Jersey Design Contest. Following a thorough review, below are the submissions made by our multi-talented students.

VOTING MECHANICS
1. Voting Period will start 12:30 PM today and will end 12:00 PM tomorrow, January 20, 2025.
2. Voting is open to the general public.
3. Only one vote per person will be counted.
4. Voting will include a 50% vote from the JPSME Officers and 50% from reactions in the facebook post of JPSME.
5. Entry with the highest votes from the page and JPSME Officers will be declared as the winner, and will be the official jersey of JPSME ISAT U in the upcoming CEA Days 2025.

𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦!

Do you have passion in layout and design, specifically in designing sports jerseys? The JPSME ISAT U is looking for creative minds to design its official 𝐂𝐄𝐀 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 2025 jersey!

The following mechanics should be followed:

1. The contest is open to all Mechanical Engineering students enrolled in ISAT University.
2. Designers should use 𝐘𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖 as the main color to reflect the symbolism of ME Department in the upcoming CEA Days 2025, which is the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰. If a symbol of Tamaraw is included in the design, it should be mechanized.

4. Deadline of submission of entries would be on January 18, 2025. It should be submitted to your classmayors or any JPSME Officer.
