ALCOA is calling on interested individuals to join a valuable SEWING SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM at the ALCOA Garment Kiosk. This take-off initiative is open to the first 12 participants only.

Training sessions will be held every Sunday for one (1) hour.

Upon completion, participants will have the chance to pursue employment opportunities at the ALCOA Garment Kiosk.

"The Yubo Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association (YARBA) convened to discuss renovation plans for the Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Yubo. This initiative aims to enhance both social and economic development for the community. An achievement! A milestone for the De Agua Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association as they are officially recognized as a Block Farm Beneficiary. This initiative was made possible through the invaluable support of the Sugar Regulatory Administration, LGU- La Carlota under the leadership of Mayor Rex R. Jalando-on, PESO-CSO, and DAARBA officers and members. This take-off marks the beginning of greater opportunities for sustainable farming, increased productivity, and community empowerment.

On March 3, 2025, the Alliance of La Carlota OFW Association (ALCOA) launched its Tailoring and Textile business in the City, with the support of the Local Government Unit under the Leadership of Mayor Rex R. Jalando-on. The said association was given a SEED Capital Grant of β‚±100,000.00 as an initial capital for their business. Likewise, this project aims to provide members with sustainable income opportunities while helping boost the local economy. The LGU's assistance highlights its dedication to supporting community enterprises and promoting economic development in La Carlota City.
