Our 24th Regular Session was successfully conducted with productive discussions and deliberations on several important matters for the Municipality of Kumalarang.

Among the key agenda items discussed were:
1. Radio Communication System
2. Barangay Early Warning System (EWS) and Hazard Signage Ordinance
3. BERT (Barangay Emergency Response Team) Operationalization Ordinance
4. Creation of the Municipal DRRM Plan Review Team

The Sangguniang Bayan also deliberated on and discussed Supplemental Budget No. 3, Series of 2026, which aims to support priority programs, projects, and activities of the municipality.

Likewise, the Council approved a Resolution Authorizing Municipal Mayor Hon. Balong Molina to Enter Into and Sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Agriculture for the Provision of a Four-Wheel Tractor for the Municipality of Kumalarang, a significant initiative that will strengthen agricultural productivity and provide greater support to our local farmers.

These discussions and legislative actions reflect our continued commitment to responsive governance, disaster preparedness, agricultural development, and the overall welfare of the people of Kumalarang.
