On this blessed Palm Sunday, we remember the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem—a moment filled with hope, humility, and the promise of salvation. As the crowds welcomed Him with palm branches, may we also open our hearts to receive His peace and love.

Let this day remind us to walk in faith, to serve with compassion, and to trust in God’s greater plan, even in times of uncertainty. May our lives reflect the same joy and devotion that marked this sacred day.

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐔𝐒, 𝐖𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐎𝐃

•|Today we commemorate the 𝟱𝟬𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, which began when the expedition of 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 reached the islands in 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟲, 𝟭𝟱𝟮𝟭. This historic moment marked the introduction of the Christian faith to the Filipino people and became an important part of the nation’s spiritual and cultural identity.

For more than five centuries, Christianity has shaped the values, traditions, and unity of many Filipinos. It has inspired communities to live with faith, hope, compassion, and service to others. As we remember this milestone, we also honor the courage of those who first embraced the faith and shared it across the islands.

May this 505th anniversary remind us to continue living out the message of love, peace, and humility that Christianity teaches, and to strengthen our faith as we move forward as one nation under God.

In this time of ongoing war in the Middle East, we pause to pray for peace, healing, and protection over every nation and every family affected.

We lift up the people of Israel and Palestine, and all neighboring lands experiencing fear, loss, and uncertainty. May God comfort those who mourn, protect innocent lives, and strengthen those working to bring relief and reconciliation.

We pray for wisdom for leaders, courage for peacemakers, and compassion to overcome hatred. May hearts be softened, violence cease, and justice be pursued with mercy.

Lord, bring calm where there is chaos, hope where there is despair, and unity where there is division. Let peace rise above conflict, and may healing begin across the region.

The Integrated Basic Education (IBE) Department proudly announces its official participation in the HANDA 2026: School-Based Rescue Olympics, 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 6, 2026. With only days to go, selected student participants are now in their final phase of preparation; strengthening their rescue skills, enhancing teamwork, and sharpening their readiness to respond in times of emergencies.
Leading this meaningful initiative is the 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 of IBE, whose members have been diligently training and preparing for the upcoming challenge. Under the dedicated guidance of their advisers, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗮𝘆, 𝗟𝗣𝗧,𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝘆𝗼, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, and with the help of 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, student-rescuers continue to embody the true spirit of volunteerism, discipline, and service.
This event aims to cultivate life-saving competencies, disaster preparedness, and community resilience among the youth. Through this platform, our IBE students are given the opportunity to demonstrate not only their technical skills in rescue operations but also their courage, teamwork, and presence of mind—qualities of true champions of safety.
