As the sun sets, we gather with respect and gratitude for our Flag Retreat Ceremony. 🇵🇭
Watching our flag being lowered reminds us of the sacrifices made for our freedom and the responsibilities we carry as Filipinos.
Every salute reflects our respect, unity, and love for our country.
As Scouts, we are inspired to live with discipline, integrity, and a heart dedicated to service.
This ceremony reminds us to be grateful for every opportunity to learn, lead, and make a difference.
Though the flag is lowered at the end of the day, our patriotism and commitment to God, country, and fellowmen remain strong.
Until the next sunrise, we will continue to serve with honor and pride. 🇵🇭⚜️

Today, as we lowered our flag to half-mast, we gathered in prayer and silence to honor Scout Chris Lorenz Fabian and remember the victims of the tragic incident in Tacloban.

May their memories live on in our hearts, and may their families find strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time. As one scouting family, we stand together in grief, in prayer, and in hope.

Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. 🕊️🇵🇭

Ngayong Araw ng Kalayaan, ginugunita natin ang tapang, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng mga Pilipinong nagbigay-daan sa ating kalayaan. Nawa’y maging inspirasyon sa bawat isa ang kanilang mga aral upang patuloy nating pahalagahan ang ating karapatan at pagkakakilanlan bilang isang bansa. Ang tunay na kalayaan ay hindi lamang ipinagdiriwang kundi pinangangalagaan sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaisa at pananagutan. Sama-sama nating ipagmalaki ang ating mayamang kasaysayan at kultura. The KNCHS Boy Scouts proudly participated in Brigada Eskwela, demonstrating the true spirit of volunteerism, teamwork, and service. Through cleaning classrooms, clearing surroundings, and helping prepare school facilities, our scouts showed that leadership is best expressed through action.

Every sweep, every effort, and every helping hand contributed to creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for all learners. Beyond maintaining our school, this activity strengthened our commitment to serving the community and living by the Scout Oath and Law.

True scouting is not only about earning badges it is about being responsible citizens, working together, and answering the call to serve whenever needed.

We are proud of your dedication, hard work, and willingness to make a difference. Keep the spirit of service alive and continue to lead by example!
