The Civil Engineering students of Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) embarked on separate educational tours designed to strengthen their academic exposure and industry awareness through firsthand learning experiences. The local tour group traveled to 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚, 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 from 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏𝟑–𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, while the international tour group visited 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 from 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟕 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

The local tour featured a visit to 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒍𝑨𝒔𝒊𝒂 in Bulacan, one of the leading steel manufacturers in the Philippines known for producing reinforcing steel bars used in major infrastructure and construction projects nationwide. The visit provided students with a deeper understanding of steel production processes and the significance of structural materials in the field of civil engineering.

The international tour included a visit to the 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒕𝒉 in Pattaya, Thailand, a world-renowned wooden architectural masterpiece recognized for its intricate handcrafted carvings and traditional construction techniques. The structure stands as a symbol of cultural artistry and engineering excellence, offering students valuable insight into the relationship between architecture, craftsmanship, and structural design.

Through these journeys, our Sibil Maristas gained not only technical knowledge, but also deeper perspectives, unforgettable memories, and inspiration that will guide them in building the future.
