Morning Session

7:45 – 8:45 AM — BECED, BS HM
8:45 – 9:45 AM — BAEL, BAFIL, BA COMM & BSOA
9:45 – 10:45 AM — BTVTED FSM, BSAIS, BAT & AGRI (AS)
10:45 – 11:30 AM — BS TM & BSBA (FM & MM)

Afternoon Session

1:00 – 2:00 PM — BS IT
2:00 – 3:00 PM — AGRI (AS)

Important Notice:
For BTVTED Electrical, Electronics, and Automotive, as well as Criminology students, voting will be conducted manually. The Election Committee will visit your respective classrooms to facilitate the voting process.

Please be guided accordingly and ensure to follow your assigned schedule.

Please be advised that the signing of clearances will take place at the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭'𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 second floor along the main hallway. Remember to bring your attendance stub to sign your clearance.

For those who have not yet received their 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧-𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘁, you may also claim it at the President's Office.
