🎉 Successful Turnover Ceremony of the Barangay Health Station in Barangay Gambodes! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce the successful turnover of the Barangay Health Station here in Barangay Gambodes, made possible through the hard work and dedication of Kalahi KKB - NCDDP. This milestone was achieved with the unwavering support and commitment of our volunteers who went above and beyond to bring this project to life. Thank you to each and every one of you – we couldn’t have done it without you!

A special thanks as well to our honored guests: Ms. Karen Mae S. Canario, Councilor Queeny Wong, Mr. Elmer Montales, and Chan Jandee Quijote. Your presence and support truly made this event even more memorable.

A big shoutout to the Barangay Health Workers, Women's Group, and Kalahi KKB for bringing joy and energy with their fun and lively intermission numbers! Your performances brought smiles to all who attended and celebrated this achievement.

🎉 SUCCESSFUL BLOOD LETTING EVENT! 🩸

We are thrilled to announce the success of the Blood Letting Activity held in Barangay Gambodes on September 20, 2024! This important initiative was carried out with the full support of RHU Arakan, alongside the active participation of our wonderful community.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Barangay Midwife, the dedicated Barangay Health Workers (BHW), Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS), Barangay Sanitary Inspector (BSI), and of course, the Sectoral Kagawad on Health and BLGU Gambodes for their unwavering commitment and support.

Today, we witnessed a remarkable moment of unity and peace as Lipatuan Marlon Mabilao Suhat, Supreme Datu and IPS Head of the Tinananon, and Temuey Makapantao Manamba came together in a successful reconciliation ceremony.

The momentous event was graced by the presence of Provincial IPMR Artemeo Ampalid, Municipal IPMR Datu Vedeon Suhat II, and representatives from various tribes, who stood as witnesses to this important step towards harmony and collaboration among our leaders and communities.

This is a true testament to the strength of our culture, values, and collective vision for a better future. Together, we continue to uphold peace, respect, and unity. ✊🏽

In celebration of World Environmental Health Month, Barangay Gambodes took part in a meaningful event held in Arakan, aimed at promoting environmental health and sustainability. 🌱

Led by the Barangay Sectoral Kagawad on Health, Kagawad Alejandro Cañete, our dedicated team included BSI Leo Glen Dasig, BHW Romelyn Pateres, Midwife Krystal Mae Condino, and Bantay Kalikasan President Elmer Labajo. Together, we united to raise awareness on protecting our environment and ensuring a healthier future for our community.

Buwan ng Wika Celebration at Gambodes Elementary School 🎉

Despite the chilly and foggy weather, the students of Gambodes Elementary School brought warmth and excitement to the Buwan ng Wika celebration held on September 12, 2024, at Barangay Gambodes Gym. Under the leadership of their gorgeous school head, Ma'am Waminal, along with her beautiful and talented teachers, the children proudly donned their colorful costumes, enjoying every moment of the festivities.

It was a day filled with Filipino pride, tradition, and joy as the students showcased their talents and love for our culture. Mabuhay ang wikang Filipino! 🎊
