On May 30, 2026, the Community Extension Services (CES) and the College of Teacher Education, Liberal Arts, and Nursing (CTELAN) joined hands for PAG-AMUMA 3.0 , a heartfelt initiative dedicated to children of Purok Atis with essential school supplies.
The morning opened with powerful words of wisdom and purpose from Dr. Daisy P. Labadia and Dr. Ivy B. Yecyec, respectively .
An inspiring and insightful presentation and discussion on child protection and youth participation from Mr. Remar P. Sino, LPT , MA- ELT , NDKC Alumna .
The activities truly came alive and joyful as the children and youths enjoyed and love the dynamic learning experiences and gifts that theyโve received.
From energetic sports, games, dances with the JPIPE team, to digital discoveries and Computer Literacy Workshop. The creative and fun reading and math activities with the Educators Society Club officers ,every moment was designed to unite the curiosity of the youths.
The successful day wrapped up with a well-deserved lunch together.
To nurture a child is to protect and build its future, seeing the vibrant and wide smiles on the faces of the Purok Atis youth as they received their school essentials was a beautiful reminder that when we carry each other, we all rise and thrive together.
