𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐝: 𝐏𝐀𝐆 - 𝐀𝐌𝐔𝐌𝐀 𝟑.𝟎 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡.
On May 30, 2026, the Community Extension Services (CES) and the College of Teacher Education, Liberal Arts, and Nursing (CTELAN) joined hands for PAG-AMUMA 3.0 , a heartfelt initiative dedicated to children of Purok Atis with essential school supplies.
The morning opened with powerful words of wisdom and purpose from Dr. Daisy P. Labadia and Dr. Ivy B. Yecyec, respectively .
An inspiring and insightful presentation and discussion on child protection and youth participation from Mr. Remar P. Sino, LPT , MA- ELT , NDKC Alumna .
The activities truly came alive and joyful as the children and youths enjoyed and love the dynamic learning experiences and gifts that they’ve received.
From energetic sports, games, dances with the JPIPE team, to digital discoveries and Computer Literacy Workshop. The creative and fun reading and math activities with the Educators Society Club officers ,every moment was designed to unite the curiosity of the youths.
The successful day wrapped up with a well-deserved lunch together.
To nurture a child is to protect and build its future, seeing the vibrant and wide smiles on the faces of the Purok Atis youth as they received their school essentials was a beautiful reminder that when we carry each other, we all rise and thrive together.

𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | NDKC BPEd freshman shines in the Regional Taekwondo Championship

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 | 𝗠𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 – Notre Dame of Kidapawan College - Junior Philippine Institute of Physical Educators (NDKC - JPIPE) proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement as Shayne Francis Umali, a freshman student of the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) program, clinched the championship title at the 2025 Smart MVP Sports Foundation Regional Taekwondo Championship.

Competing in the 54kg Fin Weight category, Umali showcased exceptional skill, discipline, and composure against seasoned opponents. A Senior Blackbelt holder, he demonstrated technical excellence and competitive maturity well beyond his years, earning top honors in a highly competitive field.

Reflecting on his victory, Umali shared a heartfelt statement: “Pressure kay isa sa Philippine Team at player ng University of the Philippines pero gilagay ko lang sa isip ko lahat ng pagod at sikap ko sa training at nagtiwala kay Lord”.

The triumph is a testament not only to Umali’s dedication and faith but also to the strong support system behind him. The NDKC-JPIPE community and the NDKC Bachelor of Physical Education program expressed immense pride in his accomplishment, recognizing it as an inspiration to fellow students and aspiring athletes.

Umali’s championship win underscores NDKC’s commitment to developing student-athletes who excel both in competition and character, proof that with perseverance, faith, and focused training, excellence is within reach.

The Notre Dame of Kidapawan College - Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) First Takers proudly achieved a 100% passing rate in the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), remarkably surpassing the national passing rate of 72.62%. This outstanding performance highlights the academic strength, discipline, and perseverance of our future educators.

This milestone is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our graduates, the committed mentorship of our faculty, and NDKC’s continuous pursuit of excellence in teacher education.
