Ang VOTE-BUYING O PAGBILI NG BOTO ay ang pagbibigay, pag-aalok o pangangako ng kahit sino ng:

โ€ขPera o anumang bagay na may halaga.
โ€ขAnumang opisina o trabaho.
โ€ขPrankisa o gawad pampubliko o pribado .
โ€ขGumawa ng paggasta, derekta o hindi derekta.
โ€ขMaging sanhi ng paggasta sa sinumang tao, asosasyon, korporasyon, entidad o komunidad.

Ang vote-buying at vote-selling ay maituturing na election offense at may kaparusahan na:
Pagkakakulong ng hindi bababa sa isang (1) taon at hindi hihigit sa anim (6) na taon, bukod sa iba pang mga parusa na nakasaad sa batas.

Kabilang sa bawal ipamigay ay ang mga sumusunod:
T-shirts, Caps/Hats, Umbrella, Ballers, Towels, Pamaypay, Ballpens, Bags, at mga bagay na mayroong halaga.
