The road is OPEN to motorists.
However, ALL HIKING AND TREKKING ACTIVITIES REMAIN CLOSED due to unstable weather conditions.

With almost 2 weeks of continuous rain and another typhoon expected, the trails and slopes are still at high risk for landslides and accidents.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will announce once it is safe to resume hiking activities.
Your safety is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE

Due to the continuous heavy rainfall and the unpredictable weather conditions, Mt. Tugew / Alang Salacsac (Kayapa) Quadpeak is temporarily closed until further notice to ensure the safety of all visitors, guides, and stakeholders.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please wait for further advisories regarding the reopening of the trail.
