This Christmas season, Kalye Classroom is preparing a simple gift giving program to bring joy, learning, and holiday cheer to the children in our community. We will be sharing learning kits, small gifts, and snacks to make their Christmas a little brighter.

In the spirit of service and compassion, we, the Medical Laboratory Science students from St. Dominic College, proudly joined hands with Kalye Classroom for a meaningful outreach activity under our Purposive Communication advocacy project. ๐Ÿ’™

The day was filled with learning, laughter, and genuine connection as we engaged with the children through basic math lessons, reading comprehension activities, and an interactive storytelling session. ๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿงฎ

We also kicked off the day with fun songs and dances as icebreakers, filling the atmosphere with joy and energy that made everyone feel at home. ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ƒ

To show our care and appreciation, we prepared snacks and food for the kids and volunteers, including juice, egg sandwiches, and pancit. ๐Ÿฅค๐Ÿฅช๐Ÿœ

Sharing a simple meal together was our way of extending warmth and gratitude to the community we served.

This experience reminded us that compassion and communication go hand in hand โ€” whether in the classroom, the community, or the laboratory. It was a day of purpose, unity, and heartfelt service. โค๏ธ

We are deeply thankful to Kalye Classroom, youth volunteers, and everyone who contributed to making this outreach a success. Truly, small acts of kindness can create a big impact when done with love and dedication. ๐ŸŒŸ

LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

Through Kalye Classroom, education reaches beyond the classroom walls offering hope, knowledge, and opportunity to every child.

Education knows no boundaries and together with Kalye Classroom, we brought learning, joy, and hope to young minds in the community! Through this outreach program, we witnessed how even the simplest acts of teaching and sharing can create meaningful change.
