We are writing to provide an important update regarding LA NAVAL MASONIC LODGE #269 (Raffle For A Cause). Please be advised that the draw, originally scheduled for September 19, will now be held on Thursday, December 12.
This decision was made after careful consideration and with the integrity of our fundraiser as our highest priority. To ensure the accuracy of all entries and to properly update our records, our team requires additional time for a thorough data verification process. This diligent work guarantees that every raffle ticket purchased is accurately recorded and has an equal chance to win.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. We are immensely grateful for your understanding and continued support, which is vital to the success of our lodge's charitable efforts.
All previously purchased raffle tickets remain valid for the new draw date. We are confident that this updated timeline will allow us to conduct a fair and transparent drawing for everyone involved.
