✨ PROJECT CONCHITA: HEART TO GIVE 🩷
On July 19, 2026, we had the privilege of sharing love and hope through Project Conchita: Heart to Give, a gift-giving program held in Little Tondo, Macate, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.

This meaningful outreach also became a wonderful way to celebrate the birthdays of Bryll, Doc Irina, Baby Kanoa, Tita Juliet, and Ate Belle. Rather than simply receiving blessings, they chose to celebrate by giving back to the community, making their special day even more meaningful.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this initiative possible. Special thanks to Scholars of Sustenance Philippines for generously providing canned goods and hygiene kits, Ford for transporting the donated goods, San Miguel Foundation for its invaluable support, and Joy Rañeses Lubong for her generosity and kindness. Your contributions helped bring smiles, hope, and encouragement to the families we served.

To our volunteers, donors, partners, and everyone who shared their time, effort, and resources—thank you for proving that kindness multiplies when it is shared.

We're proud of our Project Conchita volunteers who joined SOS Philippines in their bread distribution to the hardworking farmers of the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal (NVAT). Together, they helped bring nourishment and appreciation to the hands that help feed our communities. 🍞👨‍🌾🚜

A meaningful day of service and compassion. 💙

Last May 30, 2025, at NVAT Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, we successfully conducted a FREE Eye Check-Up and Free Reading Glasses Distribution through the partnership of generous private donors, Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal Inc. , and Project Conchita.

Seeing the smiles and gratitude of those who benefited from this initiative reminds us that even simple acts of kindness can make a lasting difference. Thank you to everyone who helped make this outreach possible. Together, we continue to bring hope, care, and clearer vision to our communities. 👓✨

Project Conchita: Hands of Hope ✨

Today, May 29, 2026, we brought not only medical services but also compassion, care, and hope to the community of Antutot, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya. 💙

In collaboration with the PIHO Nueva Vizcaya, this medical mission became a reminder that even the simplest act of service can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

To all the volunteers, healthcare workers, sponsors, and everyone who extended their helping hands — thank you for making this mission possible. Together, we continue to prove that kindness and service can reach even the farthest communities.

A glimpse of Project Conchita: Hands of Hope — a successful Medical Mission held today, May 29, 2026, at Antutot, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya, in collaboration with the Provincial Integrated Health Office.

Through compassion, unity, and service, we were able to extend healthcare and hope to the community. Grateful to every volunteer, healthcare worker, and supporter who made this mission possible. Together, we continue to make a difference — one hand, one heart, one community at a time.
