The Municipal Financial Assistance Program (MFAP) is now accepting applications for First-Year College Students who are qualified residents of Kapangan, Benguet.

✅Requirements:
📄Duly Accomplished Application Form
📄Certificate of Residency from the Barangay
📄Certified True Copy of Senior High School Grades
📄Certificate of Enrollment for Current School
📄Certificate of Indigency from the MSWDO or Income Tax Return

📌Important Reminder: All applicants must submit their complete requirements to their respective Barangay Halls for consolidation. Direct submissions to the office will not be accepted.
