This is where we stand firm. This is where faith endures.

A faith that was planted, nurtured, and renewed is now called to last, stand, and remain unshaken, rooted deeply in Christ through every trial, change, and season of life. Like a tree planted by the water, we will not fear, we will not wither, and we will continue to bear fruit.

Join us on May 20–24 at Purok 1-A Nuevo Iloco, Mawab, Davao de Oro as we continue this journey of steadfast faith, holding on to God’s promise that our labor in Him is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). So, keep going, keep serving, keep believing, because with Christ, we don’t just begin, we endure.

This year, we are called to upgrade our walk with Christ – to move forward in faith, deepen our character, and live out our God-given purpose. To upgrade is to intentionally grow, not in instant perfection, but in steady faithfulness, allowing God’s grace to shape us daily.

This care includes protecting others from harm and addressing both physical and spiritual needs with love and sincerity.

The Summer Institute is a vital program designed to nurture young people's faith, helping them learn about Christ and build a strong foundation that empowers them to live righteously. Ultimately, the Summer Institute aligns with UMYFP’s mission to know Christ and make Him known, empowering young people to embody their faith as agents of justice, peace, hope, and love in the world.

The theme for this year’s Summer Institute is 𝐊𝐔𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐀𝐍, a Pangasinan action word meaning "to care for something or someone."

Guided by 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟔: 𝟗-𝟏𝟎, we are invited to care as God cared for us—by caring for ourselves, others, and the world around us, knowing that God is the source of all care, which must be shared in various ways.

𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐞 𝐤𝐚, 𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠!

The United Methodist Youth Fellowship in the Philippines (UMYFP) stands in solidarity with women across the nation and the world as we celebrate Women’s Month. This time is a reminder of the powerful contributions of women in our communities, churches, and society, as we continue to call for gender equality, justice, and empowerment.

Guided by our faith and the teachings of Christ, we reaffirm our commitment to uplifting women’s voices, recognizing their leadership, and working toward a world where women and girls can thrive without fear of discrimination, violence, or inequality.

This month, we also honor the resilience and strength of women who have paved the way for progress, including those in our church who continue to serve as pillars of faith and transformation. We also recognize the challenges that persist and we pledge to stand as allies in the movement toward a more just and equitable world.
