conditions where the homes meet the family's needs for a quality life access to support and special services. Mission
To engender an organized, systematic, efficient and responsible organization for every Filipino who shares a common aspiration of helping fellow Filipinos acquire a land of their own from which they could build a home;"

To widen the opportunities available for affordable housing communities through shared ownership;

To build brighter futures for people and communities through innovation and diversification of livelihood opportunities and by means of partnerships in their implementation;

To develop land for residential, preservation, productive and memorial purposes, maintaining balance and

To established a culture of collaboration, cooperation and accountability in building, managing and growing communities.
