To my beloved LGBTQ+ family, especially our trans community:
You are seen. You are valued. You are powerful beyond words. Your journey is not easy, but your existence is a testimony of bravery and authenticity.

Let us continue to stand together not just in celebration, but in protection, respect, and love. We rise by lifting each other, by creating safe spaces, and by reminding the world that our identities are valid and worthy.

Today, I am announcing that I will be stepping down as the President of the LGBT organization.

Since 2023, I have dedicated my time, effort, and heart to building this organization and standing for the LGBT community of our barangay. Through the ups and downs, I remained committed to our purpose and our people.

However, I have seen individuals who are now trying to gain power and influence, especially as the election approaches. For me, position and money are never the reason for serving. Being a president was never my bread and butter to support my family or my personal desires.

To those who wish to lead, I respect your intention to build your own path. But I also respectfully ask that you create and build your own organization with a different name.

Power and money in this world are only temporary, but the power and guidance of God are eternal.

I will always continue to support and care for the LGBT community, with or without a title.
