Joint Technical Working Group (TWG) & Provincial Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (PAGPTD) Meeting – Aklan PPO
On December 11, 2025, PLTCOL RICKY E BONTOGON, DPDA, together with the PAGPTD Chair PLTCOL ARIEL N NACAR (RET.) and some members, convened at the Aklan PPO Conference Hall, Camp Pastor Martellino, Kalibo, Aklan, under the supervision of PCOL ARNEL RAMOS, Provincial Director.
The meeting covered the Operations Review, proposed PAGPTD activities for 2026, uniform designs for officers and members, and the updated Measure and Initiative Profiles.
PAGPTD Chair Nacar emphasized the Advisory Group's vital role and diverse composition, highlighting their potential contributions to the APPO community. He advised the body to actively maintain their connection and appreciate their presence.
On the other hand, TWG Chair PLTCOL BONTOGON emphasized strengthening partnerships between the PNP and PAGPTD through the 4Cs—Commitment, Communication, Collaboration, and Consistency.
