As of 8:00 AM today, 20 January 2026, Tropical Depression "ADA" (Int'l Name "NOKAEN") is being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area (LPA 01c) is being monitored outside PAR and has a “LOW” chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

AFCAG INCIDENT REPORT
Date: December 9, 2025
Time Received: 7:41 PM

Unit: AFCAG "NIKKI"/ Firetruck

Subject: Fire Incident Response – Bakhaw Norte, Kalibo, Aklan

Narrative Report:

At approximately 7:41 PM, the AFCAG Team received a fire call reporting an active fire incident initially located at Oyo Torong Street, Kalibo, Aklan.

Upon verification and coordination, updated information indicated that the fire incident was actually located at Bakhaw Norte, Kalibo, Aklan. The team immediately proceeded to the confirmed location to assess the situation.

Upon arrival, the AFCAG Unit waited for about 10 minutes and was then informed by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP-Kalibo) that the incident was a post-fire situation, and then the fire has been officially declared fire out.

No additional threats or rekindling were observed in the vicinity. After ensuring the area was secure and that BFP had full control of the post-fire operations, the team initiated pull-out procedures.

The AFCAG Team then returned to AFCAG Base for standby and further directives.

Action Taken:

1. Received fire call at 7:41 PM.

2. Verified initial location and proceeded to updated site in Bakhaw Norte.

3. Coordinated with BFP for situational briefing.

4. Confirmed fire out status and assessed for possible hazards.

5. Conducted pull-out and returned to AFCAG Base.
