OVER 100 PARTICIPANTS FLOCKED THE 3-DAY BASKETBALL CLINIC OF KABATAAN ANGAT PROGRAM

A remarkable 3-DAY Training of Kabataan Angat Basketball Clinic was flocked by over 100 participants from different Sitios of Barangay New Buswang, Kalibo, Aklan.

It is indeed true that the New Champions of Basketball were Born today in New Buswang as most of them received different awards and certificate.

Earlier today, in the awarding ceremony, the Kabataan Angat Program invited the Kalibo Local Youth Development Office, headed by Mr. Junel Delacruz, Youth Development Officer II, together with Mr. John Valeriano as the Head Coach of the Kabataan Angat Basketball Clinic.

CALLING ALL NEW BUSWANGHANON ASPIRING BASKETBALL CHAMPIONS!

The Kabataan Angat Program is proud to present to you the Kabataan Angat Basketball Clinic on August 4-6, 2023, from 6 a.m. to 9am at the Barangay New Buswang Covered Court.

The said Basketball Clinic will be led by Coach Niño John Valeriano, who will be teaching basic and advanced basketball drills for New Buswang Youths.

For Interested Participants, please go to Kabataan Angat Headquarters, located near the New Buswang Barangay Hall, for pre-enlistment. Or Look for Kabataan Angat Program Committees: Benz Charl Regalado, Dominic Paller, Jade Valerie Roma, Niña Joy Tayco, Cyra Peralta, John Shalliven Dale Alfaro and Junmher Dominguez.

"Empowering the Youth; Changing the Future"

The Kabataan Angat Program successfully launched their first ever Youth Forum yesterday, July 25th, at Sitio Baybay, New Buswang, Kalibo, Aklan.

The Youth Empowerment Forum discussed three(3) topics: Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children, Teenage Pregnancy Awareness, and a Growth Mindset Blueprint.

The said forum invited four(4) experts from various offices and departments within the Provincial Government Unit of Aklan.
