📢 YALA YEAR 5 REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED!

Due to the high number of youth who registered, we will be conducting a screening process to determine the Aklanon youth who will be joining this year's YALA.

We sincerely appreciate everyone who took the time to register and expressed their interest in being part of this year's academy. Your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, connect, and contribute to your communities are truly appreciated. 💚

📌 Please note: Registration does not automatically guarantee a slot in YALA Year 5. The final list of participants will be determined through the screening process.

This community drive is a collected effort of JJC Aklan and Pulong ng Kabataan in partnership with the Aklan Provincial Youth Development Office.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐤𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 (𝐘𝐀𝐋𝐀) is a youth leadership development initiative of the Pulong ng Kabataan Aklan, organized in partnership with the Aklan Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO). Since its launch in 2022, YALA has empowered young Aklanons through leadership development, civic engagement, and collaboration, providing a platform where youth leaders can learn, connect, and create meaningful impact in their communities.

As part of Aklan's continuing commitment to youth development, YALA was recognized at the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬
for its outstanding implementation and meaningful contribution to advancing youth leadership and community development.

Now on its 5th year, YALA continues its mission of developing the next generation of AkOne leaders.

Celebrated on August 15, 2026, at the Aklan Training Center, this annual leadership training is an initiative of Pulong ng Kabataan Aklan, made possible through the support of Governor Jose Enrique "Joen" Miraflores and organized in partnership with the Aklan Provincial Youth Development Office, Aklan Provincial Youth Development Council and, Aklan Trekkers Inc., SK Pederasyon - Aklan.

A new brand of purposeful leadership, meaningful participation, and sustainable empowerment is 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱! 👀
