By virtue of Republic Act No. 8044 and Republic Act No. 10742, upon compliance with the requirements set forth in the Policy Guidelines in the Registration of Youth Organizations and Youth-Serving Organizations (2017 Revitalized Youth Organization Registration Program Guidelines), and pursuant to NYC Resolution No. 182 series of 2021.
