Abante Camansi Youth Organization Empowers Future Leaders Through Successful Teambuilding at Balicaocao Highland Resort
The Abante Camansi Youth Organization (ACYO) successfully held their much-anticipated teambuilding event at Balicaocao Highland Resort last April 26, 2025. Seventy young leaders from different puroks of Barangay Camansi gathered for a day of learning, growth, and camaraderie.
The program began with an inspiring talk from Sir John Paul Ocate, LPT , who encouraged the participants to embrace their roles as catalysts for positive change in their community. His message set a motivating tone for the day, reminding everyone that leadership is not just about guiding others, but also about continuous self-improvement and service.
The teambuilding sessions were expertly facilitated by Hon. Kagawad Lemar Kim Bati-on, known for his engaging and impactful approach. He was joined by Kagawad Romelo Desusa, Ma’am Modeza Ponje, and Sir John Paul Ocate, along with the dedicated ACYO officers. Their collaborative efforts ensured that each activity was meaningful, fostering teamwork, trust, and unity among the youth leaders.
Throughout the day, participants engaged in various challenges and reflective sessions. These activities were designed not only to strengthen their bonds but also to help them discover their unique strengths and the value of working together toward shared goals. The support of Kagawad Gringgo Galon further underscored the community’s commitment to empowering its youth.
This teambuilding event was more than just a gathering-it was a testament to the power of collaboration, the importance of nurturing young leaders, and the bright future that awaits Barangay Camansi through the passion and dedication of its youth. As the participants left the venue, they carried with them not only new friendships and memories but also a renewed sense of purpose and the inspiration to make a difference.
