This week, we proudly feature 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐈𝐫𝐚 𝐀. 𝐆𝐚𝐲𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢, 𝐌𝐄𝐂𝐄, a proud alumnus of 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐁𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 whose journey reflects the meaningful intersection of 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡.

As a 𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙞 𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙖, Engr. Ira gained valuable international experience working through subcontracting companies serving leading telecommunications companies, including 𝙇𝙪𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡, 𝙎𝙞𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝘼𝙂, 𝙀𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙉𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙖, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙩𝙞𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝙀𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙩.

At 𝙁𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝘽𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚, he served as 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮, where he contributed significantly to the advancement of the college’s technology infrastructure. Among his accomplishments were leading the development of the 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝘽𝘾 𝙬𝙚𝙗𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚, administering the 𝙁𝘽𝘾-𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙞𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙛𝙩 365 𝙚𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, designing and implementing the 𝙁𝘽𝘾 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 𝙒𝙞-𝙁𝙞 𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠, leading the development and implementation of the 𝙁𝘽𝘾 𝙂𝙮𝙢 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢, and developing and implementing the 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙁𝘽𝘾 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢.

𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙧. 𝙄𝙧𝙖 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩, demonstrating that professional knowledge and technical skills can be used not only to build systems and organizations but also to 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙂𝙤𝙙’𝙨 𝙜𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙮.

Engr. April Dawn graduated from FBC High School in 2015 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2020. During her years at FBC, she faithfully served in various leadership roles, including SG Secretary, Department Treasurer, and CBF Leader, reflecting her commitment to leadership, service, and faith.

She worked as a QA/QC Engineer (Inspector) for three years, demonstrating that one's profession can be an avenue to honor God through integrity, excellence, and Christlike character. Today, she continues to answer God’s call as a Full-Time CBF Worker in Davao under CBF Philippines, faithfully serving in ministry and inspiring others to use their gifts and professions for the advancement of God’s kingdom.

We celebrate your journey, Engr. April Dawn! May the Lord continue to bless your life, ministry, and service as you inspire others to live with purpose and faith.

Behind every successful institution are devoted people whose commitment makes success possible. This year, Fellowship Baptist College is honoring five individuals who have made a difference in the school community through years of dedicated service.

Honored for service are 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗮, Cashier, 39 years; 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮, College Library Clerk, 37 years; 𝗠𝘀. 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗻𝗮 𝗔𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗻, Dorm Matron, 16 years; and 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮, Property Custodian, 21 years. Also honored is 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗼, who will continue to inspire the FBC community through her role as Dean of the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) after her 39 years of service.

The years of service are more than time, they are loyalty, hard work and true caring for the students and the institution. As they are celebrated for their contributions, the Fellowship Baptist College family honors the legacy they have built and the example they set for generations to come.
