Pero, the question is…

Mentality sang future psychologist or pasyente? You decide 🤪

Every first encounter of the first years, transferees, and shiftees with their seniors needs a boost start to get everyone comfortable in their seats. Andddd, truly, in the PCS way of doing things, we delivered!

With the officers holding the Icebreaker, the gymnasium was filled with laughter and faces with instant powder? Diretso blend nalang sa foundation ang harina ah 🤪

We truly appreciate the amount of effort that the officers, sophomores, seniors and juniors spent to bring much energy to the growing family of PCS. We are thankful for those who participated and to those people behind of this event. Also, congratulations to the new officers, freshmen and transferees, who are beginning to take on their differing roles in the organization.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻!

The Psych Cell Society have held the election of their new officers for A.Y. 2026-2026, at the FBC Gymnasium, on August 4, 2026, marking a renewed chapter of leadership and a celebration of a stronger organizational family built, with the addition of the freshmen as well as the shiftees and transferees.

The program was not a mere organizational practice, but one that looked back at past accomplishments that aligned with the PCS goals, which the officers were able to proudly present. Indeed, PCS has always been committed to serving the Psychtizens every initiative that calls upon the merit of being a psychology student. The officers highlighted various of these such as community outreach and awareness initiatives through in-person and social media activities.

The freshmen, transferees, and shiftees were also given the spotlight prior to the main election. In true PCS fashion, they introduced their name and why they chose psychology. Together with the sophomores, juniors, and seniors, the Psychtizens gave differing answers, but it all resulted in one, single conclusion: psychology in today’s world is significant, and the Psychtizens are here to stay.

The Psych Cell Society election is a testament to an even stronger family built in every school year where new faces of psychology students emerge in the halls and the legacy left behind by graduates who aspire to join the psychological field. This milestone is more than a remarkable achievement. It is a reflection of her dedication, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to reaching her goals. Through her hard work and determination, she has shown that success is earned through passion, resilience, and continuous growth.

You definitely had different reactions to the first week kick-off, at dahil psychology students tayo, we should be the first ones to remind ourselves that these are all valid experiences. Whether mas motivated ka pumasok next week (dahil kay crush!) or hindi masyado, we have to remember why we’re here— our “because” when asked why we chose psychology. 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗧𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀! 🔱

The new school year at Fellowship Baptist College has officially started, and it began with so much energy and excitement!

On July 20, 2026, every organization in the school joined and set up their own booth. The whole campus was full of colors, music, and happy students.
Students walked around with their friends and visited different booths. Some clubs had fun games with prizes.

The Club Fair was a great way to start the school year. It showed that our school is not just about studying, but also about teamwork, new friendships and having fun together.

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀!

The FBC grounds was a lot more colorful yesterday as FBCians welcomed the first day of school in department-colored cheers, the familiar drum beating, and the traditional freshman walk on the Demetrio Macasa stage— the true Fellowship Baptist College fashion.

Among the pool of colors, the CTEAS department, including the Psych Cell Society chimed in the happy noises, welcoming their newest family members.

A program was also held shortly after the Freshmen Walk where the new Fellow-sheeps were able to get acquainted with FBC through its deeply held mission as a Christ-centered institution through the messages of Drs. Villegas, Chavez, and Bepinoso.

One of the program’s highlights, the icebreaker, had the seniors and freshmen working together to achieve the most points.

Opening the gates and classrooms this manner has always been FBC’s response to the coming of the students to start their God-glorified academic life. Starting the first day with a long standing tradition and sharing His word, FBC’s commitment to its vision for its students remains steadfast, unbridled, and honored.

As the new academic year begins, we're delighted to welcome back our fellow Psychtizens and extend a warm welcome to our Freshmen and Transferees to the Psych Cell Society family.

As you begin this chapter, may you find the courage to explore, the confidence to grow, and a community that makes every step of your journey worthwhile.

𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙡𝙞 𝙣𝙖 𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜, 𝙢𝙖𝙖𝙖𝙧𝙞 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙞-𝙥𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙖 𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙜 6 𝘼𝙈 𝙨𝙖 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙮 20? 🥹

Psychtizens, whether you’re ready for the opening of classes or not, the FBC halls are greeting you just the same: the lobby awaits your entrance, the canteen ready to make space for you and your friends, and the acacia tree by the Macasa building patiently shades the terminal, just warming it enough to keep you comfortable for your upcoming chaotic tests and exams.

The weeks-long break definitely picked us up from school, and dropped us to our homes where a big shift happened: flexible sleep, no alarm clocks (and a couple of snoozes!), and proper meals.

As we transition back into our school uniforms, watch out for that big monster the moment you step onto the FBC steps: that psychological “reset”.
In the next few days, you’ll most likely feel the freedom of breaks slipping, and that is NORMAL. It just signals our brain that we are experiencing change, and that we should treat that change responsibly: re-organize routines, reconnect with our school circle, and refocus the mind to our academic goals.

With that in mind, we hope that your time-management skills and healthy routines are toggled on, as they are your strongest suits to becoming a better learner.
