𝗖𝗔 𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗦 𝗠𝗥. 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗦. 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗜-𝗙𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱
The University of Southern Mindanao-College of Agriculture crowned Cydel Enero of the Sophomore Society and Twincle Joy J. Cadungog of the Agricultural Extension Society as Mr. and Ms. Agri-Fishery Icons 2025 during the Coronation Night held on September 10 at the USM Auditorium.
The event, considered as one of the highlights of CA-SINADYA 2025, showcased the talent, wit, grace, and pride of agriculture and fisheries students. Eighteen candidates representing various academic societies competed for the prestigious titles after weeks of preparation and a talent presentation held on September 2.
Claiming the first runner-up titles were Irish Ysabelle Rigon of the Sophomore Society and Vilfred Gian B. Alimoon of the Entomology Society. Second runner-up honors went to Jhana Zynth Claire A. Geslaga of the Freshmen Society and Joshua Caesar L. Sunga of the Animal Science Society. Meanwhile, Savannah Shayne P. Del Castillo of the Animal Science Society and John Bryan Amaro of the Horticulture Society secured the third runner-up placements.
The newly crowned Agri-Fishery Icons stood out not only for their stage presence but also for their advocacies, intellectual depth, and clarity during the question-and-answer portion. Their triumph embodies the College’s mission to celebrate student identity, academic diversity, and leadership potential.
Organized as part of CA-SINADYA 2025, the Coronation Night capped the celebration with cheers, school spirit, and inspiration for future student leaders in the fields of agriculture and fisheries.
