RE-ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF THE
JCES ALUMNI ASSOCIATION😇🥰🙏👏
The JCES Alumni Association hereby officially announces the successful conduct of the Re-Election of Officers during the Grand Alumni Homecoming Night, participated in by duly represented alumni from the different graduating batches of Jiabong Central Elementary School.
The re-election process was initiated through the formal call of the standing President in the spirit of fairness, transparency, inclusivity, and democratic representation. The purpose of the re-election was to provide equal opportunity for all qualified and willing alumni who possess the potential, commitment, and capability to serve the Association in various leadership positions.
The election proceedings were conducted at the proper time and venue, during the official Grand Night gathering, with representatives from attending batches actively participating in the deliberation and selection process. As such, the election is deemed official, valid, and non-contestable, having complied with the principles of due process, proper representation, and collective agreement of the attending alumni body.
The newly elected set of officers are hereby recognized as the legitimate officers of the JCES Alumni Association and are entrusted with the responsibility of advancing the vision, programs, and welfare of the Association, the school, and the community.
It is likewise emphasized that holding a position in the Alumni Association is purely voluntary and non-compensatory in nature. Leadership in the Association is not intended for personal fame, popularity, or recognition, but rather for genuine service, unity, commitment, and dedication to the alumni community and its shared objectives.
The Association extends its gratitude to all alumni who participated and supported the orderly and meaningful conduct of the re-election process. May this new chapter strengthen camaraderie, cooperation, and collective purpose among all JCES alumni.
