The office will not accommodate applicants later than today.

Good Day PYAP Members

Attention to all members who wish to apply for the PYAP Educational Assistance HIGH SCHOOL AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SY 2024-2025.
(ANHS, CNHS, MMAAMNHS, RGLTNHS & JNCHS)

Here's the schedule for you to follow. We will not accommodate applicants if not in the schedule posted.

👉 High School and Senior HS

📍Feb. 17-21, 2025
distribution of forms at the youth office

📍Feb. 24, 26 & 27, 2025
submitting of forms at the youth office

Feb. 25 is holiday

Since, the schedule falls on class days, we are considering your parents/guardians to get the forms and submit in the office.

Be sure to complete all data in the forms before submitting in the office.

Photocopying the forms from fellow applicants are not allowed. Only the Youth Office is authorized to distribute the forms with applicant numbers affixed & corresponds in the log record.

Use only Black Pen in supplying your data in the form.

Be in your school uniform or appropriate attire while applying in the office and observe politeness.
