April 24, 2026 | KKDAT Basic Orientation Seminar

A successful KKDAT Basic Orientation Seminar was conducted at Libas, Jabonga, Agusan del Norte, with the active participation of the youth and strong collaboration from various sectors.

The activity was led by the PNP personnel headed by PLT. Ella Mae Batobalonos, OIC of JMPS, together with the Barangay Council headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Jonathan Morada, and the SK Council led by Hon. Danree Jay Moran.

Also present were the KKDAT Libas Chapter and the KKDAT Federation of Jabonga headed by Hon. Jeffrel Joy Grana, Federation President.

The seminar featured informative discussions:
• Topic 1: Anti-Illegal Drugs Awareness by PLT. Bienvienido Albano, Jr., Deputy OIC, JMPS
• Topic 2: Brief History of KKDAT by Hon. Jeffrel Joy Grana

The event highlighted the importance of youth participation in promoting a drug-free community and strengthening peace and order in Barangay Libas.

Together, we continue to empower the youth to become responsible leaders and advocates of change.

KKDAT SYMPOSIUM | March 21 2026

The KKDAT Federation Jabonga, in partnership with PNP personnel and the SK Council of Magsaysay spearheaded by Hon. Princess Grace L. Bermudez, conducted an awareness session at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Magsaysay, Agusan del Norte.

The activity featured discussions on Illegal Drugs and Illegal Recruitment Awareness led by PLt. Ella Mae B. Batobalonos, JMPS PNP-OIC, and RA 11930 (OSAEC & CSAEM), facilitated by PSSg. Diana M. Dejolde.

This initiative aimed to inform and remind the youth about the risks of illegal activities and the importance of staying vigilant and responsible. Through this, participants gained valuable knowledge to help protect themselves and their community.

KKDAT FEDERATION FIRST QUARTER MEETING | March 8, 2026

The KKDAT Federation successfully conducted its First Quarter Meeting on March 8, 2026 at the Jabonga Municipal Police Station, Jabonga, Agusan del Norte. The meeting gathered 18 active participants, including KKDAT officers, members from different barangays, the federation secretariat PSMS Maria Morina P. Fernandez, MCAD PNCO, and NUP Mechelle M. Salas, Asst. PMSMU from JMPS

The meeting focused on the reactivation and reorganization of the KKDAT Federation and its respective barangay chapters, strengthening coordination among youth leaders, and discussing proposed programs and activities to be implemented for the year 2026. It was a productive and collaborative discussion where members actively shared ideas and recommendations to further empower the youth and promote community involvement.

Present during the meeting were KKDAT Federation President Hon. Jeffrel Joy M. Grana, together with federation officers and members including Crachelle Joy Muca, Vince Fer Cuares, Anthony Lusotan, Joecel F. Gonzales, Jaemella Schyryll O. Dubouzet, Kert Joshua F. Beluan, Lyzane Joyce M. Grana, Marian Biscara, Reymark Bonuza, Kate Acido, Vegie Culta,Ivan James Mongaya and Hon. Sean Lester E. Eco SK Chairperson of Barangay Magdagooc.

The activity was also attended and supported by the PLT. Ella Mae B. Batobalonos PNP Officer-in-Charge (OIC), from the Jabonga Municipal Police Station, along with Hon. John Clifford M. Estoque Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President this municipality who continue to assist and guide the youth through the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) program.

The KKDAT federation would also like to extend its warmest congratulations to the re-elected KKDAT Federation President for 2026–2029, Hon. Jeffrel Joy M. Grana, as well as to the newly elected and re-elected federation officers. May this new leadership bring stronger unity, active participation, and meaningful initiatives for the youth of Jabonga.

The KKDAT Federation looks forward to more collaborations, impactful activities, and stronger youth engagement throughout the year as we continue to work together in building a safer and more empowered community.

On May 17, 2025, the youth of Barangay Magdagooc, Jabonga, Agusan del Norte, gathered for the KKDAT Basic Orientation Seminar, a significant initiative aimed at educating and empowering young individuals to become responsible leaders and active community members.

Key topics were presented by esteemed resource persons:

• Illegal Drugs Awareness by Pat. Jerwin Eve L. Caguimbal

• Anti-Terrorism Awareness by PEMS Rico Armando M. Sagusay, Jr.

• Anti-Rape Law Orientation by PCPL Jeamayma S. Dulangon

• Empowering Youth: The KKDAT Journey by Hon. Jeffrel Joy M. Grana, KKDAT Jabonga Federation President

The activity was graced by the presence of Hon. William Miole, Committee Chair on Peace and Order, Sangguniang Barangay Member of Barangay Magdagooc, whose participation emphasized the local government's commitment to youth engagement and development.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Jovanie M. Moran, Punong Barangay of Magdagooc and newly elected Sangguniang Bayan Member of the Municipality of Jabonga (2025 NLE), for his continuous support. Special thanks also go to the Sangguniang Kabataan Council, led by Hon. Sean Lester Eco, SK Chairperson of Barangay Magdagooc, for their active involvement and dedication to the success of the seminar.
