Yesterday, May 21, 2026, another meaningful program for our hardworking farmers was successfully conducted in Isabela City as farmer-beneficiaries received their financial assistance payout through the initiative of the Department of Agriculture, funded by the National Government and facilitated by the Office of the Congressman.

This program is a reflection of the government’s continuing commitment to uplift the agricultural sector and support the livelihood of our local farmers who play a vital role in community development and food security.

Despite his busy schedule, Congressman Ustadz Yusop T. Alano once again demonstrated his dedication to public service by being personally present on the ground during the activity — proving that genuine leadership is not only about creating programs, but also about standing with the people and ensuring that services truly reach every beneficiary.

His unwavering commitment to grassroots governance and people-centered leadership continues to bring hope, progress, and meaningful change to the communities of Basilan.
