The Irosin Youth-in-Action is a youth organization known for its commitment and advocacy to the holistic development, social transformation and cultural awareness of the youth. To provide the youths of Irosin the means and opportunities for growth, self-discovery and self-awareness;
3. To develop nationalism, civic consciousness and discipline among its members
4. To promote fellowship and foster

closer relationship among the various sectors of the youth, which includes students, out-of-school youths and young professionals
