In the heart of Sta. Cruz Sur, Iriga City, a new generation of youth leaders was born.
On January 28, 2024, under the firm guidance of the Barangay Council led by Hon. Josefina Comla A. Peรฑones and with the dynamic support of the SK Council headed by Hon. James S. Tasarra, a spark was lit.
And that spark became a movementโ
The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines โ Sta. Cruz Sur Chapter.
Led by its passionate president, John Miguel โJMโ Magistrado, PYAP Sta. Cruz Sur became more than just an organization.
It became a declaration of hope,
A symbol of unity,
A force for youth empowerment in the barangay.

To Mayor Rex Oliva, Vice Mayor Edsel Dimaiwat, and the Sangguniang Panglungsod of Iriga City;
