Their steadfast efforts to foster resilient societies, advance agricultural progress, and uphold cultural traditions often go unrecognized. But, on this day, we come together to honor and celebrate their vital contributions.

Let’s continue to support their rights and shape a world where every rural woman has the opportunity to thrive.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆!

Ang mental health ay pundasyon ng ating kabuuang kalusugan. Saklaw nito ang ating emosyonal, mental, at sosyal na kalagayan na nakaaapekto sa kung paano tayo nag-iisip, nakikisalamuha, at nagdedesisyon araw-araw. Subalit, madalas ay hindi pa rin nabibigyang pansin o naiintindihan ang kahalagahan nito.

Nasabi na ring umaabot na sa milyong Pilipino ang nakararanas ng mental health issues, ngunit marami pa rin ang ayaw magtanong o humingi ng tulong dahil sa stigma, takot, o kakulangan sa kaalaman.
