With our guest speaker 𝗠𝘀. 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗖. 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗲, 𝗥𝗣𝗺, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗔, participants learned the importance of mental health hygiene and self-care. The event was made even more engaging with fun and reflective activities like Malaya Bingo and Express to Distress, plus a heartfelt intermission from one of our facilitators.

Together, we continue to create spaces where young minds can breathe, connect, and be heard. 💚

Last 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 6, 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 celebrated 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 with flavor and fun as the 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀' 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 joined the school’s IGP booths with our very own 𝗣𝗘𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗻! 🥢 From the aroma of pancit canton paired with rice and egg to the refreshing taste of cucumber juice, every plate was made with effort and heart. 💜💙

Our PFC officers and members were busy bees rolling up their sleeves—prepping, cooking, and serving with smiles that matched the energy of the day! 🌟💗

The 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀’ 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 wrapped up it's last Orientation Seminar last 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 14 with the theme “𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗼-𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗼: 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁.” 💙💜

The session kicked off with a fun kamustahan that got everyone sharing and smiling, followed by Ma’am Karen’s insightful orientation on the scope and roles of peer facilitation — plus a peek into the upcoming guidance activities where the organization might lend a helping hand. 💬💡

Of course, no PFC event is complete without a dose of laughter, energy, and camaraderie — thanks to the ice breakers and exciting prizes, and some kulitan moments that kept the vibe light and engaging! 🎉💫

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: Behind every meaningful event is a team that cares.

As we prepare for 𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻: A Mental Health Hygiene Seminar-Workshop for the Youth, our hearts are filled with excitement and purpose. From planning, coordination, and partnership-building to every detail of the set-up, all efforts are poured into one goal: to create a safe space where the youth can be heard, supported, and empowered.

This would not have been possible without the collaboration of 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗦), 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝗣𝗦𝗨), and 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿'𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 (𝗣𝗙𝗖) together with the 𝗦𝗞 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼.

This event is open to all students of San Antonio National High School and to all the youth of Barangay San Antonio, Iriga City, a true testament that mental health advocacy knows no boundaries and embraces every young voice.

Through meaningful discussions on mental health hygiene, Psychological First Aid (PFA), and the courage of self-expression, this seminar is not just an activity—it is a movement. A movement for hope, resilience, and compassion. A movement that proves that when the youth stand together, healing and growth are possible.
