Join us as we commemorate National Women’s Month 2026 at Western Mindanao State University – Ipil Campus. This March, we shine a spotlight on the strength, dedication, and impact of women across various sectors of society. Guided by the national theme, “WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society,” and inspired by our sub-theme, “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipina,” we celebrate women who lead with courage, wisdom, and purpose.

Let us continue building a culture where equality, respect, and inclusivity are upheld—not only in words, but in action—as we move toward a more just and progressive future for all.

Love goes beyond labels, beyond titles, and beyond ordinary moments. It is a story we choose to tell, a memory we choose to keep, and a bond that grows stronger through time. This day is not only about romance. It is about appreciation, gratitude, friendship, family, and every kind of love that inspires and strengthens us.

This Valentine’s season, the GAD Organization invites our dear LANG-LANGS to celebrate love by sharing the meaningful stories behind your photos.

📌 Mechanics:
Step 1️⃣: Pick and comment one (1) photo related to Valentine’s Day. It may be with your partner, friends, family, crush, pet, or even a self-love photo.
Step 2️⃣: Add your original Valentine’s caption to the photo. It can be sweet, funny, poetic, dramatic, or hugot-style, just be creative!
Step 3️⃣: All entries must be submitted on or before February 15, 11:59 PM.

The entry with the highest number of likes or reaction will receive a special prize from the GAD Organization.

From the revolutionaries and reformists who fought for our independence to today’s frontliners, educators, and everyday workers, their dedication continues to shape our nation’s story.

Celebrating 25 years of excellence, unity, and vibrant spirit at Western Mindanao State University - Ipil External Campus! A night filled with beauty, talent, and purpose — honoring not just tradition and growth, but also the strength and empowerment of women who continue to inspire and lead.

In line with the 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration theme: “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Buhay sa Bagong Pilipinas” (“Women in All Sectors, Uplift Life in the New Philippines”), we proudly featured Miss Diva, a meaningful event under the Gender and Development (GAD) program that celebrates empowered women — highlighting their confidence, intellect, and the vital role they play in shaping a better society.

Congratulations to all the winners and to the amazing people behind this successful Foundation Anniversary celebration!
