Manila Red Cross Youth The Manila Red Cross Youth is one of the major services of the Philippine Red Cross - Manila Chapter.

The Philippine Red Cross is a non-profit, donor-funded, volunteer, humanitarian organization. These are our core values:

- We exist to bring timely, effective and compassionate assistance to the most vulnerable without consideration of nationality, race, religion, gender, social status or political affiliation.

- We strengthen our capability to assist the most vulnerable by expanding our donor b

The Philippine Red Cross - Manila Chapter, Red Cross Youth Department successfully conducted its 1st Facilitator Workshop for the Youth Volunteer Orientation Module, bringing together Red Cross Youth leaders and volunteers committed to strengthening youth volunteer development.

Through interactive discussions and facilitation exercises, participants were equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively deliver the Youth Volunteer Orientation Module and guide future volunteers in their Red Cross journey.

The Manila Red Cross Youth conducted the relaunch of Madugong Paligsahan and orientation for Pledge 25, marking the start of the competition across different Red Cross Youth Councils in Manila.

The activity served as a platform to reintroduce the campaign and align participating councils with its goals, mechanics, and significance in promoting voluntary blood donation among the youth. Through this orientation, councils were equipped with the knowledge and direction needed to actively participate and lead their own initiatives in support of Pledge 25.

This initiative strengthens Manila RCYโ€™s commitment to building a culture of regular blood donation and empowering young volunteers to take part in lifesaving advocacy within their communities.

Ngayong araw, sama-sama nating isabuhay ang diwa ng kabayanihan sa pamamagitan ng pakikiisa sa adbokasiya ng Pledge 25, isang simpleng hakbang na maaaring magligtas ng buhay at magbigay ng panibagong pag-asa sa mga nangangailangan.
