Looks like the PCG has updated the hull numbers of the older San Juan class 56 meters patrol vessels to match the newer vessels with 5602 being skip to avoid the 13 total, seen here is the former BRP Batangas SARV 004 replace by hull number 5605 , all 4 ships in the class are still in active duty status ...
