We’ve received some questions about claiming cash incentives for achievements in 2025. At this time, we kindly ask for your understanding that processing is not yet possible, as the allocated budget is intended for 2026 only.

🏅 ATTENTION INOPACAN ATHLETES! 🏅

The Municipality of Inopacan Leyte proudly informs all athletes that cash incentives will be granted to Victorious Inopacan Athletes who have represented the municipality and achieved placements (Gold, Silver, Bronze) in Provincial, Regional, National, and International sports competitions.

This initiative is in accordance with Municipal Ordinance No. 24-01, entitled:
“An Ordinance Providing Cash Incentives to Victorious Inopacan Athletes in any Sports Events whether Local and/or International, and Appropriating Funds for the Implementation Thereof and for Other Purposes.”

This program aims to recognize and reward the hard work, discipline, and excellence of our athletes who bring pride and honor to the Municipality of Inopacan.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS OF GRANTEES:
✔ Must be a bonafide resident of the Municipality of Inopacan.
✔ Must have officially represented the Municipality of Inopacan in any sports competition.
✔ Must inform the Local Chief Executive and/or the Committee Chair on Youth and Sports Development in writing, confirming that he/she is an official representative in the competition, duly signed by the coach and school principal/school head.
✔ Must submit a Certification from the Punong Barangay confirming residency.

Qualified athletes are encouraged to coordinate with the LYDO Office for verification and processing of incentives.

📢 SK WEB PORTAL TRAINING WORKSHOP | February 21, 2026

Yesterday, the Inopacan Local Youth Development Office successfully conducted the SK Web Portal Training Workshop aimed at strengthening the capacity of our Sangguniang Kabataan officials in the proper preparation and submission of their PPAs and other required reports.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Resource Speaker, Provincial Youth Development Officer Sir Rodel Catapal, for sharing his expertise and guiding our SK officials towards more efficient and transparent youth governance.

Special thanks as well to Ms. Greeneth May Torres for graciously accepting the role as our Master of Ceremonies and for helping make the program smooth and engaging.

Together, we continue to empower the youth of Inopacan towards responsive, innovative, and accountable leadership. 💙💛
