💚✨ A day of unity, energy, and with purpose!

The YES-O Officers proudly led a fun and energetic dance exercise for everyone. It was truly inspiring to see students, teachers, and school personnel actively participating, filling the campus with smiles, laughter, and positive energy.

This activity is more than just dancing—it's a reminder that taking care of our physical health is just as important as nurturing our minds. Through simple activities like this, we encourage everyone to stay active, build healthy habits, and strengthen the spirit of cooperation and camaraderie within our school community.

We believe that promoting wellness goes hand in hand with promoting environmental awareness. A healthy body, a healthy mind, and a healthy environment are all essential in creating a better future for everyone.

STANDING FOR OUR FLAG

The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) leads Flag Raising Ceremony (last July 6) and Flag Retreat (July 17) — a moment to honor our nation, and to renew our promise to protect the land we call as home.

And as we salute our flag and sing the national anthem, we remember that loving our country also means caring for its natural beauty. This ceremony is more than just tradition, it is a commitment - to serve our school, to take care of our environment, and to be responsible citizens who act with purpose and heart.

Let this day remind every student: patriotism is shown not just in words, but in how we treat our surroundings, how we follow rules, and how we work together to build a better community.

🌍 PLASTIC-FREE FRIDAY: SMALL STEPS FOR A BIG CHANGE 💚

Today is Plastic-Free Friday — a special reminder that we can all do something simple to take better care of our world.

Don't you know that single-use plastics may be convenient, but they stay in our landfills, rivers, and oceans for hundreds of years. They clog our waterways, make our surroundings dirty and also can hurt animals. But the good news is: we hold the power to stop this, one choice at a time.


Let this day be more than just an activity. Let it be the start of a habit we keep even after Friday ends. Caring for nature is not about being perfect — it is about trying your best, doing what you can, and inspiring others to do the same.

Together, we can make our school cleaner, our community greener, and our future brighter. Less plastic today means more life for tomorrow. 🚫♻️

🌍🚨 EARTHQUAKE AWARENESS: BE PREPARED, STAY SAFE, SAVE LIVES 🚨🌍

An earthquake can happen anytime and without warning. It is a natural phenomenon caused by the sudden movement of rocks beneath the Earth's surface, resulting in ground shaking that can damage buildings, roads, and communities. While we cannot prevent earthquakes, we can reduce their impact by being informed and prepared.

Preparedness begins with knowing what to do before, during, and after an earthquake. Before an earthquake, prepare an emergency kit, identify safe places in your home or school, secure heavy furniture, and practice evacuation plans. During an earthquake, remember the safety procedure: Drop, Cover, and Hold On. Stay calm, protect your head and neck, and avoid running outside while the ground is shaking. After the earthquake, check for injuries, stay away from damaged structures, expect aftershocks, and follow instructions from local authorities.

Awareness and preparedness are essential in protecting ourselves, our families, and our communities. By educating others and practicing safety measures, we can build a more resilient and disaster-ready society. Let us work together to spread knowledge, promote safety, and ensure that everyone knows how to respond when an earthquake strikes.

This group of leaders has been entrusted with the confidence, hopes, and support of the entire student body, marking the beginning of a new chapter of service and leadership within our institution.

As they step into their respective roles, they carry the responsibility to serve with honesty, integrity, and a deep sense of commitment to the welfare of every student. They are dedicated to being the voice of the student body—listening closely to ideas, suggestions, and concerns, ensuring that these are heard, understood, and properly addressed by the school administration. Beyond just representation, they aim to foster unity, respect, and cooperation among students, teachers, and staff, creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
