The first ever Queen of BPO 2024, represented by 8 BPO companies in Cebu City, was graced by former PDEA Regional Director and former Customs Commissioner, Yogi Filemon Ruiz, and Inayawan Barangay Captain, Atty. Bryan Kirk Jaca Repollo.

Yogi Ruiz was able to share how the LGBT community is close to his heart. In the coming days, he is preparing something for the Rainbow Community in celebration of Pride Month in coordination with KS Production by Karla Supersoft, Cebu’s renowned pageant trainer and event coordinator.

Ruiz assured the LGBTQIA+ community that his administration in the future will support the said community for empowerment, development, and equality.

Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Apas, in partnership with Youth for Yogi, initiated an anti-drugs awareness seminar for the Grade 10 students of Apas National High School.

The event was graced by former PDEA Regional Director and former Customs Commissioner, Yogi Filemon Ruiz, and Barangay Apas Councilor BADAC Chairman Justin Sabandal.

The Youth for Yogi is committed to advocating for assisting communities and addressing perennial issues that might impact the youth and society.
