First aid is more than a skill—it is the 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘥, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦.

𝟏𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐦𝐮𝐬

On September 3, 2026, the 3rd District of Cavite Community Red Cross Youth Council proudly participated in the 130th Anniversary of the Historic Battle of Imus, commemorating one of the significant events in the history of the Philippine Revolution.

The Battle of Imus, fought in 1896, marked a significant victory of the Filipino revolutionaries against Spanish colonial forces and became an important milestone in the growing struggle for Philippine freedom. The victory strengthened the spirit and determination of the revolutionaries and became a symbol of courage, unity, and love for country.

We were honored to be joined in this meaningful commemoration by our City Mayor, Hon. Alex L. Advincula, together with the City Councilors, as well as Former Senator Dick Gordon, CEO and Chairman of the Philippine Red Cross. We were also grateful to stand alongside the officials, volunteers, and members of the Philippine Red Cross in the Province of Cavite.

As we remember the bravery of those who came before us, may we continue to carry their values of service, unity, courage, and love for the country in our own generation.
